More About The Role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Influencer Marketing Specialist in Gurgaon with Signify.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the influencer marketing strategy across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, emerging platforms).
• Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with influencers, creators, and content partners.
• Collaborate with influencers to co-create authentic and impactful content that resonates with our audience.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and viral content opportunities to keep the brand relevant.
• Create brand content by themselves, for amplifying the brand proposition.
• Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end: briefing, negotiations, contracts, content approvals, campaign execution, and reporting.
• Work closely with the content & marketing team to ensure influencer activations align with brand objectives.
• Track, analyze, and report on influencer campaign performance and ROI.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or content-driven campaigns.
• Strong content creation skills—ability to conceptualize and create content independently or collaboratively with influencers.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage influencer relationships effectively.
• A creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into engaging campaigns.
