Work timings-9:00 AM to 5:30 PM IST
 

Responsibilities


 Key responsibilities
Execute quality reviews as part of the BU quality monitoring program under the direction of AM/ Manager.
Review and assess audit files and workpapers to identify inconsistencies and improvement opportunities; document observations and escalate key findings to senior team members.
Provide constructive, actionable, and timely feedback to Associates to enhance overall audit quality.
Support the preparation and maintenance of quality scorecards and management information reporting.
Support training sessions, team debriefs, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to promote continuous learning and quality improvement.
Ensure compliance with SoQM controls, firm policies, and quality standards across all assigned tasks and reviews.
Analyze quality trends and highlight recurring themes or areas of concern.
Use digital tools (such as audit workflow and analytics platforms) to enable efficient reporting and insights.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation of corrective actions.
 

Qualifications

This role is for you if you have  the below
Educational qualifications 
Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (e.g.CA/ACCA/US CPA).
Work experience
Demonstrated experience in external audit and audit quality processes (typically aligned with 3–5 years or equivalent expertise)
Exposure to audit quality reviews or monitoring activities is advantageous
Mandatory  technical & functional skills
Working knowledge of auditing standards and audit methodology.
Strong documentation and written communication skills
Ability to analyze and interpret quality-related data and metrics
Understanding of professional ethics, independence requirements, and quality frameworks
Key behavioral attributes/requirements
Demonstrates accountability and ownership in delivering high-quality outcomes 
Communicates clearly, constructively, and effectively with stakeholders 
Collaborates effectively across teams and contributes to shared goals 
Shows attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving

Preferred technical & functional skills 
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) 
Experience with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI or equivalent)
