Introduction
In this role, youll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.

Your Role And Responsibilities
Manages components of HR technology for Employee Benefits, contributes to problem-solving and process improvement, and collaborates across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
Owns workstreams or components of HR technology solutions.
Improves existing processes through analysis and stakeholder input.
Ensures data quality, compliance, and system performance within scope.
Partners with HR, IT, or business functions to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Supports training, onboarding, or mentoring of junior team members.
Builds trust-based relationships with HR, IT, and business stakeholders; facilitates collaboration across roles to deliver solutions and improvements.
Interprets structured and unstructured data, identifies performance trends, and uses insights to support process enhancements or system optimizations.
Adjusts communication style depending on the audience (technical, business, or cross-functional); proactively shares insights, risks, and opportunities.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
SAP SuccessFactors Configuration: Independently configures and maintains module settings, translates functional requirements into system behavior, and supports testing and issue resolution.
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Benefits, Core HR Employee Central, Reports Center knowledge and potential certifications.
HR IT Ecosystem Understanding: Understands the role of SAP SuccessFactors within the integrated HR IT landscape (e.g., payroll, identity management, service delivery), and anticipates cross-system impacts.
