What You'll Do

As a Product Analyst on the Business Intelligence & Analytics Change Team, you will help integrate new Finance applications and analytical capabilities into BCG’s enterprise data warehouse and digital products, partnering with Business Intelligence & Analytics Change Team subject matter experts to understand business needs, reporting requirements, and the capabilities needed to support effective decision-making.

Once requirements are defined, you will work closely with Solution Architects and Developers and independently lead implementation through design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. A key part of your role will be testing and validating data in Snowflake and BI reports to ensure solutions meet defined business and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities Would Include

• Partner with SMEs to gather, clarify, and document business and reporting requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements, data needs, and implementation plans.
• Lead implementation with Solution Architects and Developers, coordinating work through delivery.
• Analyze gaps between required analytical capabilities and Finance application data models.
• Develop and recommend solution options for review and decision by the Product Owner and SMEs.
• Define source-to-target data mappings and models that support scalable analysis and reporting.
• Test and validate data in Snowflake and BI reports, identifying discrepancies and ensuring solutions meet defined requirements.
• Analyze data anomalies and gaps in business logic, determine root causes, and coordinate resolution of BI reporting issues through the ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Support global users and partner with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve data and reporting issues.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, Finance reporting, data analytics, or related work.
• Hands-on Snowflake experience querying, analyzing, testing, and validating data.
• Experience with SAP BusinessObjects or comparable enterprise BI and reporting solutions.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to analyze complex data issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements and working with technical teams through implementation.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills for working effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
  
  

Who You'll Work With

As a member of the Business Intelligence & Analytics Change Team, you will work closely with the Product Owner and subject matter experts to understand business and reporting needs, partnering with Solution Architects and Developers to translate those needs into scalable data and reporting solutions. You will also collaborate with Finance teams, Finance application owners, other Business Intelligence & Analytics teams, and global end users. As BCG’s BI environment evolves, you will work across existing SAP BusinessObjects reporting and emerging platforms, including Power BI and Sigma.
