What Youll Do

As part of the Digital Foundations technology transformation program, you will contribute to a tech-driven enterprise transformation initiative focused on rearchitecting BCG’s core capabilities across critical digital, infrastructure, security and identity pillars.

The Digital Foundations program is focused on designing, governing, and building the secure, resilient, and scalable platforms that enable BCG’s technology strategy and AI ambitions. This includes delivering a cloud-first identity fabric, modern device experience, robust network infrastructure, and governed cloud platforms that empower BCG teams and functions to work securely from anywhere at any time.

The Digital Foundations Technical Analyst will serve as a key day-to-day contributor responsible for translating enterprise strategy into data-driven reporting, requirements and operational insights. The role will support the development, implementation, and management of the program’s technical data framework and reporting ecosystem.

In addition, this role will:

• Help establish and maintain program data integrity standards
• Drive reporting automation and support a single source of truth across the program including technical artifacts
• Contribute to governance and documentation framework standards to drive alignment with teams and individuals
• Enable scalable, data-driven program management practices as it pertains to the transformation program
• Support macro metrics reporting innovation and modernization initiatives across the transformation program

Responsibilities include:

• Drive the day-to-day program data model to define broader program roadmap, key program macro metrics, program data rationalization and monthly reporting 
• Help Design and deploy program Single Source of Truth (SSOT) for current state program data (current state) and leverage this data for future state at the program level (e.g. metrics, data driven OKRs and factual reporting)
• Partner, collaborate and work with scrum leads, technical project managers, analysts, enterprise architects and delivery leads across 4 core pillars to ensure program reporting framework is aligned, accurate and true.
• Help operationalize and automate program data for meeting materials from a data driven and metrics lens to show progress and identify gaps
• Help define and rationalize program driven data that will help drive pillar categorization of work, program roadmap, and clarifications as decisions are made, designed and deployed.
• Work/collaborate with Agle CoE program scrum leads, help shape program data program taxonomy definitions, inventory across a array of services and automate where possible.
• Experience with platform connectors, integrations across system platforms to drive reporting and conditioning a plus

What Youll Bring

• 3-5+ years of experience working in large scale enterprise transformational programs at an individual contributor level.
• Passion and interest in solving business-oriented data challenges, with demonstrated precision and attention-to-detail
• Understanding of data quality, data aggregation and connectors to automate the flow of program data.
• Strong customer, program and business focus disposition with demonstrated ability to form effective working relationships to get to a data truth.
• Strong analytical background as it pertains to large transformation programs

YOU’RE GOOD AT

• Unlocking complex transformational tech program data across a myriad of teams, systems, platforms and reports to help simplify and drive consistent reporting metrics framework with a program lens
• Expertise across Jira/Confluence, Technical documentation framework rigor (including taxonomy and structure) and program frameworks to drive program cohesion around disparate data sources.
• Experience with driving bottoms up data insights that help drive the program reporting structure with senior team members and IT Leadership team.
• Can through ambiguity and digital clutter to drive simplicity with a data driven program rigor which anchors to the program value drivers and outcomes.
• Experience with leveraging program related data to drive AI automation. Experience with Claude Digital Canvas creation, Claude Code & projects and ChatGPT data composition to drive reports leveraging AI tools.
• Experience with data telemetry, data exploration and elicitation that fosters collaboration and buy in.
• Experience Microsoft tools (including deep excel experience).
• Experience with CMDB, Configuration Item principles a plus.
• Experience with Dashboard reporting such as PowerBI/Tableau
• Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering, elicitation and translation into data and outcomes.
