Job Description

Responsibilities : Develop and implement global operational excellence strategies to drive efficiency, quality, and scalability across delivery operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities in operational processes and service delivery models. Lead and mentor teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and digital transformation methodologies. Analyze operational data and performance metrics to assess the impact of initiatives and guide strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance frameworks across global operations. Drive transformation programs that enhance customer experience, reduce cost-to-serve, and improve process agility. Partner with senior stakeholders and global leadership to align operational excellence goals with business objectives. Facilitate knowledge sharing, best practice dissemination, and capability building across delivery teams worldwide. Promote innovation by integrating automation, analytics, and emerging technologies into operational workflows. Champion a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and measurable outcomes.
