What Youll Do

As a member of the Data & Analytics team, you will report to the Personal Productivity tribe. Your role will involve supporting data analytics and machine learning-driven innovations, with a strong emphasis on building Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI based data solutions and applications. You will work across multiple squads and engage with various stakeholders to develop scalable and efficient backend solutions tailored to diverse use cases. The ideal candidate will ensure that our Data & Analytics efforts align with business objectives and support key initiatives for the squads and the tribe. Leveraging the latest technology and best practices, you will enhance system functionality, agility, and performance, while maintaining high standards for code quality and system security.

What Youll Bring

• A background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 6-8 years of professional Python development experience with expert-level OOP principles, advanced design patterns, modular architecture, and production-grade backend solutions using modern frameworks
• Hands-on database and cloud expertise including experience with ORM libraries, AWS services (S3, Step Functions, AWS Glue, Lambda, RDS), and familiarity with Snowflake/Postgres databases
• RESTful APIs and microservices development experience with understanding of REST architectural principles, API design patterns, serverless computing, and scalable system design for distributed applications
• Familiar with CI/CD and DevOps capabilities including expert Git usage, automated pipeline development with GitHub Actions, containerization (Docker), deployment automation, and IAM roles/policies management
• Production deployment and optimization skills encompassing Python environment management, dependency handling, vulnerability resolution, application monitoring, logging, performance optimization, and end-to-end solution packaging
• Experience with application monitoring, logging, and performance optimization techniques
• Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging AI technologies with demonstrated ability or strong interest in building agentic workflows and multi-agent AI systems for autonomous reasoning and complex task orchestration
  
  

Who Youll Work With

As a member of the Data Analytics team, you will be part of the Personal Productivity tribe, working out of our Gurugram or Bengaluru offices. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders worldwide to support data analytics, machine learning, and innovation initiatives.
