About SCIKIQ

SCIKIQ is an AI-native data operating platform that turns scattered enterprise data into a clean, governed, AI-ready foundation. Built on a Connect–Curate–Control–Consume methodology, our Data Hub connects data across systems, applies governance and quality by default, and activates it through capabilities like Natural Language Query (NLQ), AI agents, and reusable data products — deployed inside the customer's own AWS, Azure, or on-prem environment.

We work with enterprises across BFSI, aviation, retail, telecom, and healthcare, and we're scaling across India, the UK, the UAE, and the US. You'll be joining a small, high-ownership engineering team building the core of how enterprises become AI-ready.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to own features end to end across our platform — from database and API design through to the interfaces our enterprise users rely on. You'll build and integrate frontend and backend components, extend our microservices architecture, and increasingly work alongside agentic AI workflows that power automated insight generation across the product. This is a builder's role. You'll ship features that touch real customer data at scale, make architectural calls, and see your work run in production quickly.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and ship features across the full stack — data models, backend services, APIs, and frontend UI.
• Develop and maintain microservices that are reliable, observable, and independently deployable.
• Design and consume RESTful APIs, and integrate third-party and internal services cleanly.
• Build responsive, intuitive frontends using HTML, Javascript & JQUery.
• Integrate LLM and AI/ML services into production workflows, and help build agentic pipelines that automate insight generation.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines; containerize and deploy services on AWS/Azure.
• Own the reliability of what you ship — monitoring, debugging, performance tuning, and production support.
• Collaborate with product, data, and AI teams to translate requirements into well architected solutions.

• Strong backend development with Python and Django and/or FastAPI.
• Hands-on with Pandas, NumPy, and Polars for data processing.
• Designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Solid SQL and relational database design skills.

• Strong hands-on experience Javascript, HTML, JQuery.

• Containerization with Docker and deployment on AWS or Azure.
• Building and operating microservices.
• Setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

• Hands-on exposure to agentic AI frameworks — LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Experience integrating LLM and AI/ML services into production applications.
• Familiarity with data platforms, data governance, or metadata/knowledge-graph concepts.
• Experience with async processing, message queues, or event-driven architecture.

• 5–7 years building and shipping production software across the stack.
• Strong ownership — you can take a feature from ambiguity to a deployed, monitored, well-tested result.
• Comfortable making pragmatic architectural trade-offs in a fast-moving environment.
• Clear communicator who works well across product, data, and AI teams.
• Genuine curiosity about AI-native development and how agentic workflows change how software is built.

• Work at the intersection of enterprise data and applied AI, on a platform used by global enterprises.
• High autonomy and real ownership — your decisions ship and your impact is visible.
• Build with a modern stack and hands-on exposure to production agentic AI.
• Join early enough to shape architecture, practices, and culture as we scale internationally.
