Responsibilities & Learning

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Assist in creation of Annual Business Plans through active co-ordination within the Finance team aimed at robust Sales Forecasts
• Assist in Developing Expense Budgets
• Develop Income Statements reflecting expectations on growth from the area (sales/opex/BUC)
• Long range planning based on Industry analysis, Alliance Strategy and planning.
  
  
  

Business Case development/Evaluation

• Business Case development.
• Evaluation of financial viability of strategic initiatives
  
  
  

Transfer Pricing

• Devising Transfer pricing strategies for existing and new products
  
  
  

Management Reporting

• Management Reporting on monthly basis; preparation, analysis and presentation of Balanced Scorecard to the.
  
  
  

Insurance

• Shadow Leads to work with insurance broker to get a policy that incorporates all the needs of the Affiliate and get quotations at lowest premium with all the risk covered.
  
  
  

Corporate Law Compliances

• Update on New Companies Act 2013
• Assist with Online filing with MCA and maintaining Statutory Registers
• Assist with FEMA compliances, CSR compliance – CSR committee meetings, CSR policy, CSR returns and reporting in Directors’ report
• Support SCM in case of Drug Licenses etc.
• Competition Act compliances and prepare response to various legal notices received by CCI, liaison with CCI officials, if required, appear before CCI for the hearing, if needed
• Assisting with Drafting of replies to all the legal notices received by Drugs inspector, Pollution Control Board, Legal Metrology Act, CCI, FDAs
