Job Purpose

Manage service network expansion, workshop capacity planning, and productivity enhancement initiatives to ensure operational readiness, optimal capacity utilization, and improved service performance across the dealer network, including EV service readiness implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Workshop Capacity & Network Planning

  • Monitor dealer workshop capacity utilization and prepare management reports on overall workshop capacity status.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments for new workshops and expansion projects.
  • Coordinate with regional teams and DD Team for finalization of workshop layouts for 3S, 2S, and 3S UC outlets.
  • Drive network expansion initiatives including new 2S setups and internal expansion projects.
  • Initiate and manage workshop setup activities from approval stage through final activation.
  • Validate workshop activation checklists and ensure operational readiness before activation.
  • Conduct periodic review meetings with stakeholders to track project progress and closure timelines.
  • Establish workshop norms, infrastructure guidelines, and area requirements for LOI issuance.
  • Manage CPO site approval and activation processes.
  • Plan workshop furniture and infrastructure requirements aligned with future business needs.
  • Share weekly updates with management on workshop activation and project status.
  • Coordinate AFS reconciliation reports for closed dealers with DD Team.

Productivity Enhancement

  • Drive Express Service implementation across dealerships and monitor readiness status.
  • Provide on-the-job training to dealership teams for service process improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor utilization of Mobile Workshops, Service Cars, and Service Bikes and share MIS reports.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workshop productivity and service efficiency.

EV Service Strategy & Readiness

  • Implement EV infrastructure and required EV tools across dealer workshops.
  • Monitor EV readiness progress and share periodic management reports.
  • Track utilization and operational efficiency of EV charging infrastructure.
  • Support EV service capability enhancement across the dealer network.

Qualification & Experience

  • B.Tech/ B.E./ MBA
  • 3~8 Years of Experience in Automotive
  • Exposure to EV service infrastructure and dealership operations is an added advantage.
