Facility Executive Soft Service

Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties

• Housekeeping & Sanitation: Oversee daily janitorial duties, develop cleaning schedules, and ensure pristine hygiene across workspaces, washrooms, and pantries.
• Floor & Facility Inspections: Conduct routine walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs, assess service quality, and enforce safety protocols.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: Supervise third-party vendors for pest control, waste management, landscaping.
• Helpdesk & Ticket Management: Monitor facility ticketing systems to resolve employee workplace requests (e.g., seating issues, cleaning requests, and HVAC/temperature adjustments) within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Pantry & Cafeteria Oversight: Monitor food setups, ensure the cleanliness of dining areas, and check the availability of office refreshments and pantry supplies.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and assist in compiling vendor performance or site reports.
• Manpower Deployment: Manage the daily roster and attendance of housekeeping staff, security guards, and helpdesk personnel.
  
  

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for coordinating with employees, clients, and third-party vendors.
• Computer Literacy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
• Qualifications: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in any stream, or a Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Facility Management, or Business Administration.
• Experience: Usually requires 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in facility management or corporate administration.
