Track and monitor tender opportunities across multiple platforms and maintain an updated tender tracker with clear timelines, milestones, and submission status.
Support end-to-end tender documentation including preparation, formatting, proofreading, and uploading documents on various e-procurement portals.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as finance, legal, HR, and business teams to collect company credentials, statutory documents, financials, and approvals required for tender submissions.
Assist in validating tender compliance requirements, ensuring all technical, commercial, and eligibility criteria are met before submission.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders, addendums, and clarifications while adhering to defined deadlines and portal guidelines.
Maintain organized records of submitted tenders, acknowledgements, and supporting documents for future reference and audits.
Track post-submission activities including queries, clarifications, and result announcements, and coordinate internal responses where required.
Stay updated with tender norms, documentation standards, and portal processes to improve submission efficiency and compliance.
Required Candidate Profile
Minimum 2+ years of experience in tender management, bid coordination, or a similar role.
Experience in Advertising, Marketing, or IT services will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with government and private tender portals and documentation processes.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Good coordination and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
