We partner with leading organisations to identify, attract and hire exceptional talent across leadership and specialist hiring mandates.As part of our continued growth within the Technology Practice, we are looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to develop and manage client relationships across Industrial & Manufacturing, IT Services/Product Organisations, and Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
Job Description
As a Recruitment Consultant within the Technology Practice, you will be responsible for driving both business development and executive recruitment activities.Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and developing new client relationships across Industrial/Manufacturing, IT Services, Product Companies and GCCs.
- Building a strong network of Technology leaders and senior professionals across the market.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment assignments for leadership and senior technology mandates.
- Partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent requirements and provide consultative hiring solutions.
- Generating new business opportunities through market mapping, networking and client engagement activities.
- Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle, including sourcing, assessment, interview management, offer negotiation and candidate on-boarding.
- Developing market intelligence on talent trends, compensation benchmarks and competitor activity.
- Achieving individual revenue targets while contributing to the overall growth of the Technology Practice.
- 5+ years of experience within Executive Search, Recruitment Consulting or Specialist Technology Recruitment.
- Demonstrated experience hiring Technology Leaders and senior technology professionals across one or more of the following sectors:
- Industrial & Manufacturing
- Information Technology
- Global Capability Centres (GCCs)
- Strong business development and client acquisition experience within a recruitment consulting environment.
- Proven track record of managing executive and leadership hiring mandates.
- Strong understanding of technology ecosystems including Digital Transformation, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Enterprise Applications and Product Engineering functions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, consulting and influencing skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a market segment.
- Strong commercial acumen and track record of achieving revenue targets.
