Roles & Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a dynamic Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) with a strong background in Product Strategy and Execution to support the rapid growth and evolution of our brand. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and operational excellence to drive key initiatives and work closely with leadership to bring bold ideas to life.
• Partner with the VP - Devices and executive leadership to identify new product opportunities, define business strategies, and execute high-impact initiatives.
• Lead product ideation, development, and launch processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to uncover trends, white spaces, and customer pain points.
• Drive innovation by developing prototypes, running experiments, and validating product concepts using agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to ensure seamless product execution and go-to-market success.
• Build strategic partnerships with technology providers, startups, and industry experts to strengthen product capabilities and market positioning.
• Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and evolving consumer behaviors to anticipate opportunities.
  
  
  

• Proven track record in Product Management, Strategy, or Entrepreneurship with 8+ years of experience in building and scaling products.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle (from concept to commercialization).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation, technology, and disruption.
• Prior exposure to IoT, consumer tech, or hardware products is a plus (not mandatory).
• Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred.
