Director of Operations

Summary

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Operations is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the Hotel Operations and to ensure that the various all departments are run according to the standards set for the brand in general and the hotel specifically.

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Rooms, or Front Office Manager , Food and Beverages, Housekeeping & Culinary in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
