Role Summary And Impact
As part of the
Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Director – Cross Channel who will:
- Develop strong relationships with counterparts in Nexus-Hub regional teams.
- Drive the training and professional growth of your team.
- Enforce best practices with a focus on platform expertise, operational consistency, and work quality.
- Be accountable for delivering consistent, high-quality output to Nexus-Hub regional teams.
- Act as the primary escalation point for your team and take ownership of resolving challenges.
- Provide career development and mentorship to team members.
- Lead a team of 30-50 people, with 4-8 direct reports.
- Provide timely and actionable feedback to the team to support their professional development.
- Support the leadership team in capacity planning and resource management.
- Communicate effectively across all levels, both internally and externally.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience managing multi-location media activation teams.
- Strong track record of training teams and maintaining quality standards at scale.
- Experience in providing centralized support to local teams.
- Passion for digital media, with a deep understanding of online advertising industry trends.
- Ability to drive innovation, efficiency, and performance in digital media operations.
Skills And Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field.
- 12-15 years of professional experience in digital media execution.
- Expertise in at least one biddable media platform such as Google Ads, Meta, or DV360, with hands-on experience across other platforms including SA360, Bing Search, DCM, Amazon Ads, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience leading teams of 30-50 people.
