Job Description:
This is a permanent role with Series A funded Service based Enterprise in IT domain, a valued client of Magnus Copo.
Job Description
- Build, implement, and support next-generation system automation solutions
- Analyze best practices and emerging concepts in DevOps, Infrastructure Automation, and Enterprise Security
- Automate and operate official product release processes
- Develop and operate tools using various programming and scripting languages
- Design and implement process and system improvements with a focus on efficiency and reliability
- Provide development environment support and troubleshooting
- Manage Software Configuration Management (SCM) activities including Git / GitHub / ClearCase
- Automate build systems, handle releases, and support environment provisioning
- Drive continuous improvement across products and engineering processes
- Build strong domain expertise and technical ownership
- Experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git, GitHub, Gerrit, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Spinnaker
- Hands-on experience with Ansible, Rundeck, Kubernetes, Helm, Chef, Fabric, Puppet, or SaltStack
- Experience with OpenStack and cloud environments
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps
- Ability to code and script using Ansible, Python, Perl, and Shell
- Expertise in Linux System Administration and Bash scripting
- Hands-on experience building and administering VMs and Containers using Docker, Vagrant, and Kubernetes
- Experience developing applications using Java and J2EE
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python and data formats such as JSON, YAML, XML/XSLT
- Strong exposure to open-source CI/CD tools and technologies
- Experience with systems and IT operations
- Comfortable with frequent, incremental testing and deployments
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and tools
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams
