Job Description
This role is for an experienced Automation Tester who understands overall system architecture including systems involved and integration points. The candidate will work closely with the Test Lead and development team to write automation test scripts and identify critical areas from an end to end testing perspective. The ideal candidate has worked on medium scale projects and programs and is able to add value to the overall program.
About You
Execute ETL DWH and BI testing. Perform source to target data validation using SQL. Validate transformations aggregations and business rules. Test BI dashboards and reports. Log and track defects in JIRA. Participate in sprint ceremonies and requirement discussions. Collaborate with developers business analysts and business users for defect triage and closure. Support automation initiatives where applicable. Good knowledge of ETL and DWH testing concepts and Snowflake. Strong SQL skills. Experience with SnapLogic. Understanding of data models including fact and dimension tables.
