of mutual funds, insurance, and investment solutions. The company focuses on
helping clients achieve their financial goals through personalized investment
strategies and financial planning.
Skills
Required
- Strong communication skills in English
& Hindi.
- Good knowledge of Mutual
Fund and Insurance operations.
- Strong attention to detail,
follow-up and coordination skills.
- Strong client engagement and
relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
independently and within timelines.
- Proficiency in Advance MS Excel.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce,
Business Administration, Finance or related field.
- NISM Series V-A is a plus.
Requirements
- Manage end-to-end Operations,
including transactions, applications, KYC, policy issuance, renewals,
endorsements and service requests.
- Support client onboarding
and Relationship Management teams with documentation, risk profiling,
applications and transaction processing.
- Coordinate with channel partners,
including AMCs, RTAs, insurers and other financial institutions, for
timely processing, follow-ups and issue resolution.
- Prepare daily/monthly MIS,
reconciliation statements, trackers and operational reports.
