Job Description

Oversee all commercial activities for the school projects, including planning, procurement, and vendor management.
Manage both Capex and Opex vendor engagements across construction, interiors, furnishings, and marketing-related expenses.
Lead negotiations with contractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing without compromising quality.
Finalize contracts, monitor adherence to commercial terms, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Identify cost‑optimization opportunities and drive financial efficiency in project execution.
Collaborate closely with internal project, engineering, and finance teams to ensure seamless coordination.
Track commercial performance, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of all project milestones.
Build long-term vendor relationships while ensuring continuous improvement in procurement processes.

The Successful Applicant

Experience: 8-10 years in commercial roles, especially within building, construction, or infrastructure projects.
Technical Expertise: Strong experience in vendor management, procurement, contract negotiation, and cost control for infra-related projects.
Soft Skills: Negotiation, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and commercial acumen.
Industry Preference: School, University, building & infrastructure-related industries.
