This is a Founder-style role where you will lead the complete 0- 1 journey - from vision and strategy to product-market fit, GTM, global expansion and P&amp;L ownership.<br><br>This is a long-term, insight-led business, rooted in disciplined innovation, strong fundamentals, and real consumer value.<br><br><strong>Core Mandate</strong><br>Build Noise Junior into a globally scalable, AI-led ecosystem brand originating from India and expanding into key international markets (US, Europe, Middle East, SEA).<br>Your mission: create a platform that blends intelligence, engagement, trust and meaningful technology at scale.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br><br>1. Strategy &amp; Vision<br>- Define the long-term strategy, category blueprint, and global positioning<br>- Identify high-value consumer segments and whitespace opportunities<br>- Build a multi-year growth and revenue roadmap<br><br>2. Product &amp; Innovation Leadership<br>- Lead the 0- 1 product journey and drive product-market fit<br>- Convert insights into high-impact experiences with strong AI and intelligence layers<br>- Drive continuous differentiation and innovation<br><br>3. Go-To-Market &amp; Brand Building<br>- Build a trust-led GTM strategy from pilots to scale<br>- Shape brand narrative grounded in reliability and meaningful impact<br>- Drive early adoption and structured expansion<br><br>4. Business &amp; P&amp;L Ownership<br>- Own full P&amp;L across products and services<br>- Build diversified, recurring revenue models<br>- Ensure a capital-efficient, scalable business growth<br><br>5. Team &amp; Ecosystem Building<br>- Hire and lead the founding team across product, growth, partnerships and ops<br>- Build strategic partnerships that strengthen capability and distribution<br><br><strong>The Ideal Noisemaker</strong><br>- 10-12+ years in business leadership, venture building, or category creation roles<br>- Experience building or scaling a global consumer tech brand<br>- Prior exposure to wearables, IoT, AI-driven platforms, kids-tech or digital ecosystems<br>- Proven experience in raising venture capital or strategic funding rounds<br>- Track record of delivering hyper-growth and building investor-grade narratives<br>- Strong P&amp;L ownership and global GTM execution experience<br><br><strong>Why This Role Matters</strong><br><br>You're not just building a product line - you're creating Noise's next big business engine.
