Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales and Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales performance, identifying business opportunities, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving revenue growth through data-driven insights and market analysis.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and business performance to identify growth opportunities.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, dashboards, and performance metrics for management.

  • Gather and document business requirements from sales, marketing, and management teams.

  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies to improve revenue and customer acquisition.

  • Conduct competitor analysis, customer behaviour analysis, and market research.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to optimize business processes and customer engagement.

  • Track KPIs, monitor sales targets, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

  • Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and client reports.

  • Identify process gaps and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency and sales performance.

  • Support CRM management, lead tracking, and sales pipeline analysis.

  • Communicate project updates, business insights, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.

  • Provide documentation, training, and analytical support to internal teams as required.
