Job Title: Sr. Executive – Events, Marketing Operations & Social Media

Location: Gurugram, India

Role Overview

Y ou will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all corporate, internal, and external events — including conferences, webinars, client meetings , trade shows, webinars, podcasts, and employee engagement activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with our brand and business goals. You will play a dual role: managing and executing high-impact events (online and offline ) and acting as the initial point of contact for incoming customer/prospect calls and website inquiries. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-centric, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure all interactions — both at events and via digital touchpoints — leave a lasting, positive impression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Management ( 4 0%)
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of internal and external events (physical, virtual, and hybrid) , including webinars, podcasts, workshops, etc.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, logistics , and vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, HR, delivery, leadership) to define event goals and KPIs.
  • Drive event branding, booth designs, marketing collateral, giveaways, and experience zones.
  • Implement registration, participation, and post-event lead nurturing strategies using CRM and automation tools.
  • Track and analyze event ROI /pipeline ensuring timely reporting and follow-ups.
  • Ensure events are amplified through social media channels and internal communications.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to introduce innovative event formats.
  • Brand Management & Social Media ( 3 0 %)
  • Support the development and consistent implementation of the company’s brand strategy across all touchpoints.
  • Constantly audit the Brand Resource Portal and keep it updated with new versions of marketing collaterals.
  • Ensure alignment with brand guidelines in all campaigns, events, and internal/external communications.
  • Plan and manage social media content calendars for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and business teams to create impactful brand stories, posts, and creatives.
  • Monitor brand mentions, competitor activity, and audience engagement across channels.
  • Use analytics tools to report on social media and brand campaign performance and suggest optimizations.
  • Marketing Operations ( 30 %)
  • Develop and implement scalable marketing operations processes to enhance campaign efficiency and reporting.
  • Manage marketing automation workflows, CRM integrations, and lead scoring mechanisms by working with the digital marketing team.
  • Track and manage the POE (Proof of Execution) Claims Process for OEMs like Microsoft, SAP , Adobe to support the marketing function .
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives related to event promotions, including email campaigns, PPC ads, and social media outreach.
  • Optimize website landing pages, content, and event registration flows for improved user experience and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with SEO and content teams to enhance event visibility and organic reach.
  • Develop competitive intelligence on competitors activities and track them constantly .
  • Create marketing dashboards for lead engagement/journey on the CRM Hubspot and report it in a timely manner .

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing , Communications, Event Management, or related field
  • 4 + years of hands-on experience in B2B event management, preferably in IT/Tech/Software domain
  • Experience in customer service or lead handling is a plus
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Eventbrite, MS Office, and virtual event platforms
  • Ability to travel domestically and occasionally internationally for event execution
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability under pressure

  • Experience in handling both digital events and in-person activations
  • Ability to work independently and report clearly to management
  • Tech-savvy, with a keen interest in marketing automation and digital engagement

  • Prior experience working with CXOs and senior stakeholders
