Associate consultant

We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to develop and deploy AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building GenAI applications, integrating AI models, and delivering scalable solutions

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Generative AI applications using LLMs.

* Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.

* Design and refine prompts to improve AI performance and user experience.

* Integrate AI models with APIs, databases, and business applications.

* Evaluate, monitor, and enhance model performance.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Software Development.

* Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.

* Experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.

* Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.

* Knowledge of Vector Databases 

* Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

* ⁠understanding of CI/CD pipelines

* ⁠knowledge of front end skills added advantage 

Preferred

* Experience with AI Agents, chatbot development, or GenAI use cases.

* Exposure to MLOps and model deployment practices
