Associate Client Executive
Job Summary
A ACS is the single point of contact for interacting with customer, stakeholder, vendors for a defined region/ program. He/She would be responsible for coordinating and scheduling arrangements for delivery of training programs, events and workshops, including all logistical support. He/She is required to manage and coordinate multiple tasks and detailed activities in a time-intensive work environment.
Job Description
Take complex programs and understand the need for customization from a stakeholder perspective.
The key value to the business is it will reduce the need for Learning Manager’s time, as NIIT will undertake the administration.
Develop effective relationships with the appropriate stakeholders, sharing updates and best practices, along with advice and guidance on continuous improvement and efficiencies for the service.
Identify operational and service issues
Good Communication in professional English, should be able to deal with senior stakeholders (e.g. VP Country chairs)
Should be customer centric and customer service oriented
Must have structured approach to manage overall work volume and, diligence in follow through the tasks to closure.
Need to have Mind-set to work with problem and the ability to provide the solutions
Prepares compliance Learner data by compiling and analyzing internal and external information.
Act as the Go to person within the Business for anyone with queries regarding the Training requirements
Supports other departments by collecting and coordinating learner tracker compliance data
Effective reporting and documentation skills
Escalate risks, issues or complaints to relevant departments when necessary
Having a full understanding of the internal as well external organization
Provide assistance to learner, vendors or other stakeholders on email, chat or telephonically
Prepares learner compliance data by compiling and analyzing internal and external information
Educational Qualification
Any graduation

Experience
Experience and Skills
3-4 years of experience in a corporate learning environment or performing event coordination services, vendor management for corporate clients.
Should have an experience of interacting with different levels of customer stakeholders.
Have an outgoing personality; be a good communicator with proficiency in organizing and decision making.
Attention to detail; ability to work easily with others and being a team player are key skills.
Ability to work independently in a flexible; organized and adaptable manner and be customer focused.
Must be proactive, take initiative, and be able to trouble shoot and handle pressure.
Should be open to work globally, different time zones, with willingness to work in shifts and weekends if required.
Possess excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Be proficient in Computer (MS Office, Excel; Power Point; SharePoint and CRM tools).
