Role Purpose

1. Responsible for managing E Kits / Welcome Kits along with collaterals and to execute marketing approved stationery in a timely manner
2. Management of recon across all variants of stationery in partnership with marketing and zonal spocs
3. Management of vendor for timely SLA and delivery

 Role Accountability 

1. To ensure basis relevant approvals received from marketing on collaterals, implement the changes and procurement of stationery in a timely manner
2. Coordinate closely with marketing on new launches, ensure sampling, approvals and implementation of collaterals within time
3. To ensure stock reconciliations on daily basis consumption, trend, spike across all variants at each embossing vendor end
4. To ensure timely order and delivery of stationery across all variants basis the monthly average, projection or trend analysis
5. To conduct Quality checks and audit at vendor site with support of zonal team to ensure correct stationery is getting consumed
6. To ensure SLA adherence - TAT calculation, performance and penalty if any applicable
7. To ensure end to end management of Aurum Kits
8. Conversion of physical kits to E kits / digital Kits
9. Explore options to eliminate MITC / T&C into QR based options
10. Explore options for Kits from a go green perspective & rationalize size of the kits
11. To prepare monthly dashboards, MIS, and reports on collateral consumption
12. Participate in audits and ensure minimal observations and satisfactory rating
13. Billing and Payments process by raising monthly/ quarterly POs, driving timely payments, conducting reconciliations, ensuring timely reconciliations and agreement renewals
14. Conduct periodic vendor reviews
15. Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence
16. To ensure regular system approvals for the collaterals from relevant stakeholders
17. To explore and digitize the ordering and reconciliation process for Stationery procurement.
18. To ensure monthly SVCL, audits and vendor discussions
19. To ensure scrabble tickets are actioned in a timely manner and ensure delivery
20. To ensure proactive and timely alerts if any to relevant stakeholders

Measures of Success 

1. Reconciliation of E - Kit & Welcome Kit
2. Timely completion of Marketing & IT requirement
3. No adverse observations in internal/external audits 
4. Timely and accurate reporting of MIS/ Business Dashboards 
5. Monthly reviews with vendor
6. Process Adherence as per MOU

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications

1. Knowledge of credit card processes and system i.e. V+, CEMS, WCP,CardOne
2. Knowledge on Inventory management tools
3. Understanding of Stationery, collaterals and competition benchmarks
