About The Role

We are looking for an Operations Lead to own the end-to-end execution and operations of Display Advertising campaigns. The role will own campaign execution, inventory management, optimization, reporting, and operational excellence while working closely with Sales, Product & Tech teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and drive platform improvements.

What Will You Be Doing

• Manage full execution of display advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
• Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and performance to ensure advertiser commitments and revenue targets are met.
• Own display inventory planning and utilization, working closely with Sales on campaign feasibility and inventory allocation.
• Partner with Product and Tech teams to drive new feature rollouts, UAT, product & process improvements, and automation initiatives.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and business insights, identifying opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Revenue, Finance, and Account Management teams for campaign reconciliation, billing, and issue resolution.
• Establish and improve operational processes, ensuring adherence to SLAs and high-quality campaign execution.
  
  

• Graduation from reputed college with up to 6 to 8 years of professional experience in Digital Ad Operations
• Strong understanding of display advertising, campaign management, ad serving, and programmatic ecosystems
• Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM) , third-party tags/trackers, and campaign reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis
• Cross-functional collaboration with various departments and stakeholders to find solutions, increase productivity, efficiency, and work towards team success.
