Your day at NTT DATA

We are looking to hire an Analyst for the Data Science, AI, and Projects team within the People Analytics COE. This role is suited for someone with strong analytical foundations and a clear orientation toward applying AI, Generative AI, and emerging agentic capabilities to business problems in People Analytics.

The team is responsible for delivering cross-functional projects, interfacing with NTT HQ for data and report delivery, and partnering closely with Analytics Partners and the Data and Reporting team. It also builds advanced analytics use cases, conducts hypothesis testing across P&C and broader workforce data, and drives adoption of Generative AI, Machine Learning, predictive analytics, and AI-led ways of working within the People Analytics function.

This role will require someone who can independently execute smaller requests, understand business context, and actively identify opportunities to use AI-enabled approaches to improve analysis, insight generation, productivity, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support delivery of cross-functional and cross-departmental projects within the People Analytics COE
• Identify and apply opportunities to use AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI in analytics workflows, business problem-solving, and stakeholder delivery
• Contribute to embedding AI-driven approaches into the People Analytics function, including automation, insight generation, narrative creation, and scalable analytical solutions
• Conduct hypothesis testing, exploratory analysis, and insight generation to solve business problems
• Execute bespoke analytics requests independently with strong ownership and quality
• Maintain strong quality standards in analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication
  
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is analytically strong, business-oriented, and has used AI as part of the analytical toolkit. This person should be comfortable working independently while also contributing to broader projects that bring together analytics, automation, and AI.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in analytics, people analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, and Python
• Demonstrated interest in or exposure to AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, or machine learning applications in analytics or business environments
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in People Analytics, workforce analytics, HR analytics, or related domains
• Exposure to hypothesis testing, predictive analytics, or machine learning use cases
• Experience experimenting with or applying GenAI / AI tools in analytical workflows, reporting, or business problem-solving
• Educational background from a premier / top-tier institution preferred, though not mandatory
• Experience working in global or matrixed environments
