The Analyst – Training Administration, Reporting & AI Enablement will support the effective administration, reporting, governance, and continuous improvement of training and learning operations. The role will combine strong operational discipline with data analytics, automation, AI, and technical capabilities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of training administration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate training records, producing meaningful reports and insights, coordinating administrative activities, supporting stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to simplify and automate manual processes using AI and digital tools.
