AI ML Developer F M X

We are looking for candidates with strong core experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and transformer-based LLMs such as LLaMA, Mistral, and Gemma, along with solid hands-on exposure to cloud and private infrastructure deployments. The project involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions using open-source frameworks for use cases, including NLP, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), document intelligence, forecasting, and intelligent automation, ensuring all solutions operate without reliance on external SaaS-based AI APIs.

The role focuses on deploying and operating AI systems on self-hosted, on-premise, or private cloud environments, maintaining full data ownership, security, and regulatory compliance. Candidates will apply MLOps best practices such as CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining, while collaborating closely with data engineering and platform teams for seamless integration. The project also emphasizes production support, performance optimization, Responsible AI adherence, and clear communication of AI risks, limitations, and outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your tasks

• Utilizing LLMs for NLP, RAG, and document intelligence and automation use cases without relying on external SaaS-based AI APIs
• Building and maintaining RAG pipelines, including embeddings, vector search, and document ingestion using open-source frameworks, while ensuring accuracy, scalability, and low-latency performance
• Deploying and operating AI/ML models on self-hosted, on-premise, or private cloud environments, ensuring data security, regulatory compliance, and full ownership of models and data
• Implementing and managing MLOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, monitoring, performance evaluation, data drift detection, and model retraining in production systems
• Collaborating cross-functionally with data engineering, platform, and application teams to integrate AI components via internal APIs, provide operational support, and clearly communicate AI limitations, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders
  
  

Requirements

• Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, including hands-on experience with transformer-based large language models such as LLaMA, Mistral, and Gemma
• Proven experience building open-source AI solutions, including RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, and document intelligence systems
• Proficiency in Python with practical exposure to AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and scikit-learn
• Experience in deploying and managing self-hosted AI/ML models using MLOps practices such as CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, and retraining
• Solid understanding of cloud and on-premise AI deployments with a strong focus on data security, compliance, and responsible AI guidelines
