Job Description

• Preparation and maintenance of books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards, including Ind AS.
• Assisting in statutory audits and ensuring timely closure of audit requirements.
• Coordinating with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, and other regulatory authorities for smooth completion of audits and compliance reviews.
• Managing monthly financial closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Preparing and filing GST returns, ensuring timely compliance with GST regulations and handling related assessments/notices.
• Managing TDS compliance, including deduction, deposit of taxes, preparation and filing of periodic TDS returns, and reconciliation of tax records.
• Monitoring and facilitating timely payment of advance tax and other direct tax liabilities.
• Preparing data and documentation required for Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing Audit, and other regulatory filings.
  
  

Basic Job Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-5 years of experience in Finance, General Accounting, or Statutory Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Transfer Pricing regulations.
• Hands-on experience in financial reporting, audit coordination, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in ERP systems, MS Excel, and preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in B.Com (Pass/Honors) or equivalent.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Should have Basic Accounting knowledge
