Job Description

As a Travel Consultant at Travelwings.com, you will be responsible for crafting and selling bespoke travel experiences tailored to meet the diverse needs of our high-end clientele. You will utilize your deep knowledge of global destinations, luxury travel, and your sales expertise to create unforgettable itineraries, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.  

Duties and Responsibilities​

Promote and sell long-haul destinations including Europe, the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and various African countries, as well as luxury cruises, focusing on VIP clients.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel preferences and craft personalized itineraries.
Create bespoke travel plans encompassing air travel, accommodation, sightseeing, and ground transportation arrangements.
Manage a personal sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Handle queue management and ensure accuracy in daily sales reports.
Utilize strategic selling techniques to generate targeted sales and achieve high conversion rates.
Upsell Travelwings brand offerings and enhance customer experiences through personalized service.

Requirements

2-5 years of demonstrated experience in sales and management of long-haul destinations.
Strong knowledge of global destinations and world geography.
Previous experience managing GIT & FIT products.
Proven track record in handling luxury destinations and VIP clients.
Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and customer service.
Proficient in negotiation techniques and achieving sales targets.
Motivation to meet consistently or exceed sales goals and contribute to month-over-month growth initiatives.
