Job Summary
The Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the sales team by processing orders, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal departments. This role ensures efficient sales operations and customer satisfaction.
This job profile is intended for support staff that follows established procedures and works under close supervision. Smaller/easier decisions are made autonomously.

SUMMARY: The Sales Support Specialist will be a pivotal member of our team in Gurgaon, providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to our global front-sales and technical sales teams. This role is critical in streamlining our sales processes, ensuring efficient documentation, and maintaining a well-organized and productive office environment for Sulzer in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Coordinate and administer the end-to-end proposal generation process, working closely with sales and technical teams to gather necessary information.

• Track the status of proposals, follow up on outstanding information, and maintain a centralized repository of all submitted proposals.

• Facilitate the signature process for both internal and external agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements regarding document execution.

• Oversee general office management tasks for the Sulzer Gurgaon office, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.

• Provide general administrative support to global front-sales and technical sales teams

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or office management role, preferably within a global organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
