Product Analyst

At GoKwik, product decisions are driven by data. The Product Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring product strategy is grounded in user behavior, performance insights, and measurable outcomes. This role enables teams to identify what is working, what is not, and where to invest next, directly impacting engagement, retention, and overall product growth.

You will operate at the intersection of Product, Data, and Engineering, translating complex datasets into clear insights that guide roadmap decisions and improve user experience across our products.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define, track, and improve core KPIs.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on user behavior, feature adoption, and funnel performance.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for real-time visibility and stakeholder updates.
• Work closely with Data Engineering to ensure accurate data collection, pipelines, and storage.
• Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes and new features.
• Deliver clear, actionable recommendations to improve engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry best practices in product analytics and experimentation.
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2-4 years of experience in a data-driven or product analytics role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Quicksight, Tableau, or similar).
• Experience with statistical tools such as Python is a plus.
• Close attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable presenting complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation tools.
