Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Platform Engineer with 3+ years of experience to help design, build, and operate scalable, reliable, and secure cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi or similar), Azure Cloud and DevOps practices. The platform engineer will work closely with development, data, and operations teams to enable self-service, automation, and continuous delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure and platform services on Microsoft Azure
• Develop solutions to create, update and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Pulumi (C# and .Net)
• Build, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployments, and operational tasks
• Support and manage platform services including Azure Databricks, App Services, Azure Functions, Virtual
• Networks, Key Vault, Azure Batch Service, Azure Databases, Azure Monitor, etc.
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and cost optimization
• Collaborate with application, data, and security teams to enable DevOps best practices
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, pipeline, and deployment issues across environments
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards
• Contribute to platform documentation, standards, and best practices
• Participate in code reviews and infrastructure design discussions
  
  

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, back-end Software Developer, or similar role
• Coding experience with .NET Framework and C#, especially back-end services
• Strong experience with Azure Cloud services
• Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and tools like Pulumi, Terraform, etc.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps Pipelines and GitHub Actions
• Practical experience in DevOps practices, automation, and cloud-native architecture
• Hands-on experience with:
• Automated infrastructure provisioning in cloud (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP)
• Azure Databricks
• Azure App Service and Function Applications
• Azure Batch Service
• Working with APIs and CLIs
• Monitoring, Alerting, Logging and Incident resolution
• Experience with Git-based source control (Azure DevOps, GitHub, etc.)
• Strong understanding of automation, monitoring, and deployment strategies
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles, including identity and access management, network security, and secure CI/CD practices
• Working knowledge of compliance, governance, and audit requirements and their application in cloud environments
  

• Exposure to cloud security best practices and governance
• Basic knowledge of cost management and performance optimization in Azure
• Experience working with India and US teams
• Healthcare technology experience, including environments with PHI, HIPAA and HISTRUST

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
