Manage India-based teams handling contract review, abstraction, negotiation, and lifecycle management.
Ensure delivery excellence in line with client SLAs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Serve as the escalation point for India clients and internal teams.
Work with Technology and Process Excellence teams to implement automation and process improvements.
Track and report performance metrics (e.g., turnaround times, SLA adherence, CSAT) to senior management.
Contribute to regional business development through solutioning and client engagement.
Mentor and upskill team members to support career growth and service excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in law, Business, or related field (LLB or equivalent preferred).
15+ years of experience in contract management or legal services, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Experience managing teams in India and working with regional/global clients.
Familiarity with CLM platforms and AI-based contract tools.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
Lead and oversee team responsible for high-volume data-review projects on tight timelines for multiple clients across multiple geographies
Manage large global teams of reviewers, project managers, and data-retrieval professionals
Ensure compliance with data privacy, confidentiality, and quality standards
Drive operational efficiency using Lean/Six Sigma principles or similar quality and productivity methodology.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align delivery with strategic business goals
Identify process gaps and implement department-wide improvements
Use metrics and data-driven insights to proactively manage performance, quality, and turnaround times
Stay current on legal tech platforms (4iG, Relativity, Everlaw, etc.) and regulatory trends
Represent the organization in client meetings, audits, and industry forums
Curiosity and commitment to innovation including leveraging AI, automation, and process in the spirit of continuous improvement
Qualifications
Operational Management experience with formal training in an industry-leading quality and productivity methodology. Comparable experience with demonstrable success may satisfy formal training and certification requirement. Such training or experience should include management-by-fact, root cause analysis, process improvement, and implementing and maintaining a culture of quality.
15+ years successfully managing global operations for tech-enabled service provider or comparable operational experience internally for large corporation.
Experience managing clients and working in sales channel to drive revenue growth
Proficient in relevant technologies and experience identifying and implementing best-in-class technology.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills
Experience with data-retrieval, incident response, and/or legal operations highly preferred
