As a CSO, you will lead our security function, protecting assets, data and infrastructure.

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive security framework to protect the institution’s assets and infrastructure.
• Designing and implementing security policies, procedures to maintain a secure environment.
• Investigating and monitoring incident response activities, including investigations, root cause analysis and developing corrective actions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess risks, identify vulnerabilities and devise preventive measures.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies etc.
• Leading security awareness programs and training initiatives to educate employees and security guards about best practices and potential threats.
• Oversee the management of physical security measures, including access controls, CCTV systems, and security personnel. Develop and maintain incident response plans, ensuring timely and effective responses to security breaches.
  
  

Experience Any Graduate with 15-25 years of experience in security, defence, law enforcement, or corporate security Proven experience in physical security domains Preferred Candidates Preferably from Defence / Paramilitary / Police background, with rank equivalent to: Assistant Commandant / Deputy Commandant, OR Ex-Army Captain / Major, OR Equivalent rank from Navy / Air Force / Police Must be physically fit and mentally sound Age must be below 50 Years Job category Non-Teaching Last Date to Apply May 14, 2026
