prepare weekly and monthly reports 

Communicate and involve in continuous improvement. 

Must possess basic knowledge and understanding of production and quality processes. 

Understanding of Drawings and technical documents, SOP’s. 

Supervise and coordinate activities of shop floor during the shift. 

Conduct the morning toolbox meeting with technicians, explain the specific tasks, Safety methods. 

Ensure shift production targets are met in quality, quantity, and safe practices are followed. 

Monitor production and clarify any doubts. 

Handover to the next shift properly the status 

Train and coach operators for improved performance and safety practices. 

Report equipment breakdowns and coordinate with maintenance for timely repair. 

Maintain discipline and resolve minor grievances within the shift. 

Support the implementation of 5S, Kaizen, and lean initiatives. 

Participate in daily review meetings and escalate issues proactively.
