Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Executive Trainee – Technical Associate to support our technical and engineering teams. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, provide technical support, and gain hands-on experience with systems, applications, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting technical systems and applications.
• Provide first-level technical support for internal teams or customers.
• Monitor system performance and report issues to senior engineers.
• Assist in installation, configuration, and testing of software and hardware.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and standard operating procedures.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems.
• Follow technical standards, processes, and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (freshers may apply).
• Basic understanding of computer systems, operating systems, and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (such as Python, Java, or Shell) is a plus.
• Knowledge of databases or basic SQL is an advantage.
• Understanding of software applications and troubleshooting techniques.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
