Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result.

This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Distribution Solution division at Nashik, India.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
• Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.
• Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
• Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.
  
  
  

Qualifications For The Role

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (should be full-time)
• Minimum 8 to 12 years of proven experience in Project Management or Project Execution within the Power Plant segments
• Deep knowledge of MV Switchgear design (open to LV & HV experience), Power Systems and SCADA systems. Understanding of schematic design and technical specifications with ability to analyze and apply project specifications and technical requirements.
• Proficiency in customer interaction and site management. Experience with Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and technical documentation. Competency in drawing approval processes and commercial term negotiations.
• Study and apply technical specifications to projects. Prepare and maintain issue tracker sheets for project queries. Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring with senior team members. Lead multi-project planning and reporting activities.
• Exposure in Power segment project management with demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional senior teams and a track record in successful project execution and delivery
