Job Scope

The Zonal Sales Manager is responsible for meeting and exceeding DiaSorin’s sales objectives in targeted accounts consistently growing the business year over year.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Target, manage and grow a selected set of accounts.
  • Develop strategic account plans with defined goals.
  • Identify and build relationships with relevant stakeholders/ decision makers to understand their evolving needs and assess the effectiveness of our activities and portfolio
  • Develop strategies to target underserved customers to develop your sales funnel of future Business
  • Coordinate the involvement of Company staff including support, service, and specialists in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations. Able to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining close attention to detail.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Track operational performance through the timely and accurate use of salesforce.com (CRM Tool).

Education, Experience, And Qualifications

  • Good Market Knowledge of the IVD Industry of the relevant Market
  • Excellent Customer Relationship
