Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Nexthink Specialist / SME to join our team for a 6-month engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Nexthink product engineering, integrations, and automation scripting, along with solid analytical and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Nexthink platform operations and integrations.
• Develop and manage Nexthink dashboards, NQL queries, remote actions, and diagnostic reports.
• Monitor and analyze DEX Scores, providing recommendations for user experience improvement.
• Perform API integrations, especially with ServiceNow and Azure environments.
• Design and deploy custom dashboards, campaigns, and analytics reports in Nexthink.
• Create metrics, categories, and automated actions based on business requirements.
• Work on data modeling, query optimization, and PowerShell/MS SQL scripting.
• Understand and support both On-premises and SaaS Nexthink environments.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate operational needs into actionable Nexthink solutions.
• Maintain and support infrastructure components such as Windows OS, Active Directory (AD/AAD), and network integrations.
• Provide proactive recommendations for endpoint management, automation, and performance optimization.
  
  

• Proven experience with Nexthink Product Engineering & Integrations
• Expertise in NQL (Nexthink Query Language) and custom dashboard creation
• Experience in Nexthink APIs, Remote Actions, and Scripting
• Integration knowledge with ServiceNow, Azure Apps, and Cloud environments
• Strong understanding of Windows OS, AD/AAD, and network operations
• Intermediate to advanced PowerShell and MS SQL scripting skills
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and DEX monitoring
  
  

• Familiarity with automation tools and IIS Server, SCCM, SCOM
• Exposure to Azure Infrastructure Services and AWS Infra Services
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
