SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant - India Based

AKT is expanding its team in India and recruiting for an SAP SuccessFactors Integration & Technical consultant. The consultant will be responsible for all kinds of technical development activities to deliver integration projects with SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Reporting to the Solution Lead, this is a client-facing role open to candidates located in Kolkata for a full-time and hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute various development/technical activities to implement the integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other third-party systems
• Understand SAP SuccessFactors data structure, APIs and different integration tools (Integration Center, CPI, Reports, etc)
• Support and prepare technical documents, including process-flows workbooks and test scenarios based on the design
• Deliver high quality work
• Respect delivery timeline
• Communicate effectively with technical leads and other team members
• Come up with out-of-box ideas to problems and challenges

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in any type of integrations with SAP SuccessFactors; e.g., CPI, Boomi, etc., or 2+ years of experience in any type of integrations; e.g., SAP PI/PO, Informatica, MuleSoft, etc
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors APIs – an advantage
• Knowledge of any programming language – an advantage
• Currently certified in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules – an advantage
• Professional presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Live in and qualified to work in India
