Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to drive new customer acquisition and provide exceptional service to existing clients in the Holloware industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing our customer base, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

New Customer Development:

Identify and target new business opportunities in domestic and international marketsConduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and potential segmentsGenerate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clientsPrepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective customersCollaborate with the marketing team for outreach campaigns and exhibitions

Customer Service & Account Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customersEnsure timely resolution of queries, complaints, and service issuesCoordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) for smooth order executionTrack order status, delivery timelines, and post-sales supportMaintain strong, long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

3–8 years of experience in B2B sales, customer service, or account management (preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or homeware/holloware sector)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong understanding of customer lifecycle and service quality benchmarksProficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plusSelf-motivated, target-driven, and solution-oriented mindsetWillingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
