Summary:

As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release cycles, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to maintain seamless integration and compatibility across systems. Continuous monitoring and adaptation to changing needs are key aspects of daily activities.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization capabilities.
• Experience working with APIs and integration techniques to connect Salesforce CPQ with other enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with low-code development platforms to extend and tailor packaged applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and stability.
