Job Title : Functional Analyst (ISG)
Job Summary : As a Functional Analyst in the ISG domain you will play a pivotal role in configuring and optimizing Labvantage LIMS to enhance operational efficiency. With a hybrid work model you will collaborate with cross-functional teams during day shifts to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems contributing to the companys mission of innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities :
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Labvantage LIMS configurations to optimize laboratory processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Design and implement system configurations that enhance data integrity and streamline laboratory workflows.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Labvantage LIMS ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials to facilitate smooth user adoption and system utilization.
Work closely with IT teams to integrate Labvantage LIMS with other enterprise systems ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance speed and reliability.
Facilitate user training sessions to empower staff with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively use Labvantage LIMS.
Lead efforts in system upgrades and enhancements ensuring the latest features and functionalities are utilized.
Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on system analytics and user feedback.
Ensure data security and confidentiality within Labvantage LIMS adhering to company policies and industry best practices.
Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues and implement new solutions. Qualifications -
Possess a strong understanding of Labvantage LIMS and its configuration capabilities.
Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on system optimization and user satisfaction.
Have experience in conducting system audits and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Show capability in developing user documentation and training materials for effective system utilization.
Display strong collaboration skills with IT teams for system integration and data flow management.
Have a keen eye for monitoring system performance and implementing necessary improvements.
