About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Analyst with 4–6 years of expertise in Accounting, Budgeting, Accounts Payable, and Financial Reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to independently manage month-end financial activities, and deliver accurate insights to support financial planning. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance.

What You Will Do

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes including invoice booking and payment processing.
• Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Conduct AP aging analysis and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Prepare annual budgets and quarterly financial forecasts.
• Support business leaders with financial insights, variance analysis, and cost monitoring.
• Prepare monthly financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Compile and maintain monthly MIS reports and dashboards for leadership review.
• Execute accurate month-end closing activities including accruals, provisions, and vendor-related entries.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control procedures.
• Support external and internal audits with required documentation.
• Conduct cost analysis and expense reviews to support financial planning.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve financial efficiency and decision-making.
  
  

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP processes.
• Hands-on experience (4–6 years) with Budgeting, Accounting, Financial Reporting, and AP.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, dashboards).
• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Tally or Business Central.
• Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
  
  

• Undergraduate degree in Commerce (B.Com required; M.Com preferred).
• 4–6 years of experience in Accounting, Budgeting, Accounts Payable (AP), and Financial Reporting.
