  • Ensure instruments are well maintained as per Preventive Maintenance Plan.
  • Ensure customers are satisfied with the product performance.
  • Ensure systemization projects are well implemented and commissioning is completed in timely manner.
  • Ensure utilising CRM for service workflow, service documentation is up to date without any error. Spare Parts inventory is managed in most efficient way
