As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will engage in designing tailored software solutions that align with organizational goals and operational workflows. Your role includes analyzing existing processes, proposing enhancements, and ensuring that the applications developed effectively support business objectives. Throughout the day, you will participate in discussions to refine requirements, contribute to architectural decisions, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies within projects.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
  
  
  

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable cloud-native applications using SAP Business Technology Platform.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment processes within SAP environments.
• Ability to integrate SAP BTP applications with various enterprise systems and data sources.
• Familiarity with development tools and frameworks relevant to SAP BTP, including SAP Cloud Application Programming Model and SAP Fiori.
• Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance on the SAP BTP landscape.
