Job Description

We are looking for a driven and client-focused professional to manage and grow a portfolio of SME clients. The role involves understanding client insurance needs, building strong long-term relationships, ensuring smooth service delivery, and driving sales through new business development and cross-selling of relevant insurance and financial products. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to provide excellent customer support and improve client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of SME clients and their insurance requirements
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities in the SME segment
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Cross-sell insurance and related financial products

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
